These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and AR999A ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the AR999A website located at ar999a.cam, including all associated services, features, content, games and promotional materials offered through the platform.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any part of AR999A, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

To register and maintain an account on AR999A, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, additional or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's personal information at any stage of the registration process.
All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) before full deposit, withdrawal and betting functionality is activated. KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Proof of address and additional liveness checks may also be required at the Platform's discretion.
Never send identity documents via unsecured channels, including SMS, WhatsApp, or unencrypted email. AR999A will never request document submissions outside the official secure portal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify AR999A support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. AR999A will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security.
By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety and with all applicable laws and regulations. Your use of AR999A is subject to the following conditions:
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. AR999A reserves the right to verify the source of funds and to request supporting documentation as part of AML controls.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Methods referenced elsewhere on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar payment context for Pakistani users only. Their actual availability as deposit methods must be confirmed in the cashier at the time of transacting. AR999A does not claim endorsement by, affiliation with or official support from any payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. AR999A does not accept deposits from Users whose KYC verification has not been initiated. Additional verification may be required for deposits above specified thresholds.
Withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification being completed and approved prior to processing. Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before related winnings can be withdrawn. AR999A reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified limits.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only. AR999A is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or system outages outside of its control. Funds will only be returned to a payment method previously used for deposits by the same User, or via an alternative method approved by AR999A following AML review.
AR999A may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published with the individual promotion.
All bets placed on AR999A are governed by the game-specific and sport-specific rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted. Users are responsible for understanding the relevant rules before placing any wager.
AR999A reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of system error, data feed error, obvious pricing mistake, or where limits have been exceeded. A bet is not confirmed until accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued.
Where a market is offered, bet accepted or odds published due to a manifest error or technical fault, AR999A reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether bets have been settled at the erroneous price.
In-play markets are subject to rapid changes in odds reflecting real-time developments. Bets placed on live markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation. AR999A is not liable for any communication delay between the User's device and the Platform servers that may result in bets being placed at odds different from those displayed.
Cricket markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series are offered as sports betting markets. AR999A is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, ICC or any participating team or franchise. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on AR999A. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action where applicable:
All content on the AR999A Platform — including but not limited to the AR999A brand name, logo, page designs, text content, game interfaces, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the property of AR999A or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works from, public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from AR999A.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR999A, its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, technical outages, payment processing delays or data breaches caused by factors outside AR999A's reasonable control.
AR999A does not represent or warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free of errors, viruses or harmful components; (c) any game outcome will be in the User's favour; or (d) information on the Platform is accurate, complete or current at all times.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AR999A reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its discretion, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:
Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact AR999A support. Upon permanent closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (net of any voidable bonuses) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory AML review.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations under these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AR999A holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents AR999A from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Users in Pakistan should note that local courts may also have jurisdiction over matters arising from use of the Platform within Pakistan.
AR999A reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, AR999A will provide notice through the Platform — by way of a prominent notification on the website or a message sent to the registered account email address — with a reasonable period for Users to review the changes before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.
